　・Intel® HLS Compiler (IP)
　・HDL Code, Qsys (Schematic)

となっていますね。

Intel HLS Compilerは、IP開発用。OpenCL用のプラットフォームに IP を組み込んでね。
そして、Intel FPGA SDK for OpenCL で、OpenCL記述でアプリケーションを。。。

28、29ページ目に、Arria 10 (Deep Learning Accelerator)もありますね。
