は、CCIX を持っていると。

Neoverse N1(CPUコア)は、3GHzで動作すると。

　・Arm, Cadence and Xilinxの共同開発

　・TSMCの7nm

　・Cadence IP for CCIX, PCI Express® (PCIe®) Gen 4 and DDR4 PHY IP

　・Cadence tool flow in TSMC’s 7nm FinFET process technology

　・Xilinx Virtex UltraScale+ FPGAs over the CCIX chip-to-chip coherent interconnect protocol 
　　　via the Xilinx Alveo U280 CCIX accelerator card

First N1 Silicon: Enabling the Ecosystem with SDPsに、ボードの写真(プレゼンテーション資料)もありますね。

CCIXは、PCIe Gen4 x16のスロットに接続するんですね。PCIe Gen 4 x16 って、だいたい、32GB/s
