はじめに

OpenHW Group から RISC-V MUC の "CORE-V MCU DevKit" 用のチップをテープアウトしたよと、アナウンスがありました。

eFPGA部は、

のようです。それほど、多くはないですね。

L2 Cache や TCDM Interface に接続しているんですね。
