OWCL 2015に合わせていろいろアナウンスされていますね。

Khronos Releases SYCL 1.2 Final Specification

SYCL ParallelSTLもオープンソースでリリース。
こちらは、C++ parallel std => SYCL => SPIR にできるようです。

Codeplayは、ComputeCppをアナウンス。

ComputeSuiteというのもあって、
ComputeCpp、ComputeAortaから構成されているようです。
