Job Description Xeon-FPGA Solution Architect - 786509 Description The candidate comes into Intel Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) Sales & Marketing Group's (SMG) Technology Enablement Group (TEG). Within TEG, this role will be part of the Center of Excellence (COE). COE is a new technical sales team and one of the critical resources in technical enablement and works with multiple function within SMG throughout APJ. (APJ SMG => TEG => COE) The candidate should have expertise in Intel Xeon-FPGA design/implementation and promote its product value proposition for pursuing for the solution design wins. He/she will be responsible for the technical solution architecture in major solution design assignments, shaping, designing and proposing compelling integrated technical solutions, and enablement to meet the best interests of Intel and MNC/OEM/ODM customers in the following domains: Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Data Center, Network Function Virtualization/Software Defined Networking, and associated. This position will work cohesively with Intel MNC/OEM/ODM customer account teams and stakeholders and eco-system vendors in APJ region. He/she is expected to become a trusted technology advisor through understanding customers' business and technical requirements, industry dynamics, while demonstrating and offering our compelling and cohesive technical solutions and value propositions based on Intel technologies, products & platforms, and managing deep on-going technical engagements from pre-sales inception through to Proof-of-Concept and final deployment. The candidate will need to drive and coordinate support from the ecosystem and from Intel business units. The position also entails the candidate to communicate customer needs and market trends into Intel business unit to improve business unit product plans and programs.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: -The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (MS preferred) -10+ years of engineering or applications support at consulting level directly with FPGA/Emulation Technology/Platforms, System on Chip (SoC) development, logic design and verification, in algorithm implementation in Verilog, VHDL or System Verilog, and FPGA-based prototyping, SW/HW co-simulation, programming using C, C++, Python, Perl, and/or TCL for tool automation or configuration generation, FPGA design tools used for RTL development -Familiar with Intel technologies/products in respect of Xeon-FPGA platform design/implementation and product value proposition -Demonstrated ability to quickly understand a rapidly changing and complex market dynamic, identifying trends, opportunities, and key industry partners / technologies; be able to perform competition analysis of Intel solutions with competitor solutions. -Demonstrated experience of strategic selling methodologies with proven successes in solutions -Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills -Fluency in English, Proficient with Mandarin or Japaneseですね。
Preferred Requirements: -Excellent experience with Altera/Xilinx hardware, Altera Quartus II, Xilinx Vivado, Synplify, and VCS is an advantage -Strong business aptitude, preferably in logic design/CoS environments -Familiar with Intel data center hardware, networking, storage and software platform roadmaps, popular data center architectures and applications -Knowledge of CPU architecture, general GPU architecture, X86 system architecture and QPI -Prior experience working with heterogeneous (FPGA, CPU, GPGPU) hardware systems -Subject matter expertise in a particular class of algorithms, e.g. speech, cryptography, compression, image processing, etc. -Knowledge in latest programming model like CUDA, OpenCL and HAS -Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including ability to interact and communicate with CxO level personnel and senior technical contacts -Comprehend Intel architectures and solution offerings targeted at service provider infrastructure -Self-motivated, self-sufficient with ability to stay current on emerging industry trends, technologies, and issues with IT and/or telecom industry technical experience and a strong knowledge of computer and communications industry technical solutions, and to manage competing demands -Demonstrated ability to identify and drive customer requirements & market needs into Intel Business Unit product plans and programs
