はじめに
Intel Xeonの Sapphire Rapids の次の Emerald Rapids の仕様がTwitterのTLに流れてきました。

- DDR5 x 8 channels (5600MTS (1DPC) / 4800MTS (2DPC))
- 80 PCIe lanes with Flex Bus/CXL per CPU, PCIe 5.0 support, 48 lanes North/ 32 lanes South of sockt
- Flexible IO @ 20 lanes of PCIe 3.0, 1G Ethernet in PCH for Manageability, x8 DMI @ PCIe 3.0
PCIe 5.0 って、North/Southと2か所から出ていて、本数が違うんですね。(Sapphire Rapids は、(x16 + x4) x 4の構成)
DMI は、3.0 x 8 なんですね。。。そこに 20 lanes @ PCIe 3.0 とは。
おわりに
北森瓦版では、9月5日にアップされていました。コア数は、64コアっぽいです。Sapphire Rapidsのように chiplet なんでしょうか？ Eagle Streamなのでそうなんだろうか？
